The Premier Nutrition online stores are operated by LemonStand and netCentrix, which process all orders made through the jointjuice.com, premierprotein.com, and titanprotein.com sites (the “Websites”). All orders placed through the Websites shall be subject to our Terms and Conditions of Use in addition to these Sales Policies.
Our online stores accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Orders placed prior to 5:00 p.m. PST will be processed within the next two business days, and orders placed after 5:00 p.m. PST will be processed within the next three business days. All orders are subject to credit card authorization. You will receive a notification when your order is confirmed. If there is a problem processing your order, you will be notified at the e-mail address or phone number you provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to impose maximum order quantities on any product at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to shipment for any reason.
Shipping and Handling
We can ship to almost any address in the United States (other than P.O. boxes). Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States or to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs will be determined during the check-out process, and are based on the number and type of products ordered and the destination address. You will have a chance to review the total payment amount for your order, including shipping charges, before you confirm and place your order.
All items are shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery times may vary, but orders usually will arrive within 7-10 business days. All orders are shipped with no signature required.
You will be notified by mail if any products in your order are out-of-stock. Orders containing out-of-stock products will be held (including any in-stock products making up the order) until the order can be shipped complete.
Sales tax will be charged on orders placed through jointjuice.com. Sales tax will not be collected on orders placed through premierprotein.com or titanprotein.com. Note that your state or municipal government may require you to declare online purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.
Promotions and Coupons
If any promotion or coupon code applies to an order, the code may be entered at the end of the ordering process after your payment information has been entered. The promotional discount will be will be reflected in the total payment amount for your order, which you will have a chance to review before you confirm and place your order. Use of promotions and coupons are subject to their terms, and only one promotion or coupon may be used per order.
Orders may only be cancelled before 5:00 p.m. PST on the day the order was placed (or, for orders placed on a weekend or holiday, the next business day), by calling 1-866-972-6879.
We may from time to time offer one or more subscription ordering programs for certain products. If you choose to subscribe to one of these programs, we will regularly ship to you the products for which you have subscribed, and you will be automatically charged for these shipments. Your subscription will renew automatically, at the prices applicable at the time of renewal, at the end of each subscription period (such as every month) unless you cancel your subscription prior to the next renewal date. By choosing a subscription, you consent to this automatic renewal feature.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We will provide cancellation instructions to you when you sign up for a subscription. We may change the fees and other terms of our subscription ordering programs, but we will notify you in advance of any material changes and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes. If you have questions about your order, please call customer service at 1-866-972-6879, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please have your order number available when you call.
Limited Warranty – Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
If you, as the initial purchaser, are not satisfied with a Premier Protein, Titan, or Joint Juice product purchased through our online store, we will refund or replace the product so long as, within 30 days of delivery, you contact us at 1-866-972-6879. We will need to know your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that this policy only applies to products purchased through our online stores, and not products purchased in stores or through any other website. If you have questions about return policies for products not purchased through our online stores, please contact us at 1-866-972-6879.
We reserve the right to require you to return the product for which you have requested a return or refund. If so, we will send a return container with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. Returns must be properly packaged and sent in accordance with our instructions. Please include the original invoice (or, if you do not have your original invoice, the RMA number and your name and shipping address as you believe they appeared on the invoice).
Refunds and replacements may take up to 2 weeks to process. Refunds will be made in the form of a check and will be sent by mail.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
This warranty only covers refund or replacement of Premier Protein, Titan, or Joint Juice products. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
