Shipping and Handling
At Joint Juice we ship only to the United States. We use the United States Postal Service and UPS Ground shipping to deliver your order.
We do not provide expedited shipping. You can sign up for our Joint Health Club Program to get regular shipments of Joint Juice and never be without. Please allow 7 - 10 business days from the time the package leaves our warehouse for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
Joint Juice is backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results, simply return the remaining products within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.
To return your products, please contact us at 1-888-646-2457 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Pack the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and RMA number and return it to us. If you do not have your original invoice, please make sure to include your name and shipping address, as you believe it appeared on the invoice. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
